Love this breakdown - I remember talking with you on a call about content and seeing that Make.com workflow, and it blew my mind.

One thing that comes to mind, if I may - if you're thinking of doing deep-dive content once a month, creating comprehensive frameworks etc., I think you might want to try giving YouTube a little more attention. Pull up a whiteboard, talk through your ideas, create a couple 30, 60, 90 minute "lectures" on certain topics. A little effort here could go a long way, and I know your insights are great so it could gain traction.

At the same time I absolutely recognize you need to pick your battles when you're solo and text content or podcast content is easier than diving into video editing.

But maybe there's a way to run a webinar and repurpose it or something?
